Monarchy Demonstrates Seasonal Relevance by Dressing Future King as Robin Hood

The Royal Family gathered in Windsor’s pumpkin garden for an official Halloween photograph designed to prove the monarchy can embrace modern Britain, provided modern Britain first submits a costume plan in triplicate.

King Charles appeared as a scarecrow, combining his interests in gardening, conservation and standing motionless while governments collapse. Queen Camilla became a regal black cat, Prince William dressed as Robin Hood, and Catherine arrived as an autumn archer who had clearly won the family costume budget.

Prince George wore dignified armour, Princess Charlotte became a stargazing witch, and Prince Louis entered a pumpkin costume so enthusiastically that the official portrait required 27 attempts, three replacement lanterns and a constitutional ruling on roaring.

The photograph was taken after Palace advisers concluded Halloween offered valuable public engagement without requiring anybody to open a hospital wing. A gardener pleaded with the family to stop carving “state pumpkins,” explaining that each vegetable had been catalogued, insured and promised to a diplomatic banquet.

A Palace survey reportedly found 74 percent of respondents considered the photograph “charming,” while 26 percent demanded to know whether the pumpkins travelled by private jet.

The royal dog, dressed as a spider, received the highest approval rating and is now being considered for additional duties. https://prat.uk/?p=47685
